... found out that the local pub we had targeted, well known for its variety of beer, was closed on Mondays. Since we had a good parking space, we found a small organic cafe, Cafe Liberia, in the area and ate there. We later looked it up and discovered it was the #2 rated restaurant in Liberia. Halfway through the trip we had a break where we got fed some pineapple and an opportunity to stretch our legs. It became apparent quite quickly that we would all be a little saddle sore for a few days afterwards but it was definitely worth it.
