... they are the best ice cream bars you may ever eat! We discovered them in Europe. Damn, they’re good.

Back at the castle, the kids and Cheryl made a b-line to the pool. Ahh! All alone in 82 water or as they tell people from the rest of the world - 28 water - kind of quirky, but a good way to remember. No crowds, no heat, no waiting. It's still 22/3! On to Anaheim. One of those hotels booked before Andrew was coming so only 2 beds but they are big and comfy. Across the road from Disneyland gates is a BIG ...

... Byron Bay is and was looking forward to quiet walks along the beach. Well the time we were there was pretty busy and with all sorts of drunkerds and hippies. My initial impression was that the town was a bit scrappy towards the back part where the cheaper accommodation was and did not get that relaxed feeling I was hoping for. On one of the evenings we had heard there was a meteor shower passing over Australian skies between 02:00 - 04:00am you could watch many meteors entering ...

... or two of shoes and a couple of items of clothing.

The weather was lovely, much like winter days in Sydney. Most people were in pants and jumpers but quite a few were in shorts and t-shirts. The days weren't too cold but in the evening it got much cooler.

That evening we ended up at Mrs Knotts Chicken Dinner Restaurant. We ordered the family roast chicken dinner which consisted of a soup for starters then 2 roast chickens, ...
