Very nice hotel. Cozy rooms and a beautiful view. It also has a ease access to the beach by chair lift.

... si vubec niceho jineho nevsimali. Po priblizne 2.30 hodinach a dvou menších plážich pres ktere jsme prosli jsme dorazili na Lopes Mendez. Krásna, asi 2-3 kilomentry dlouha a ne velice zalidnena plat.

... still lovely and warm. We went with Josh to meet Charlie and the Germans and went to the beach where the lads spent most of the time playing football. For lunch the 3 of us went to a restaurant to find the cheapest thing we could find which turned out to be a dish that seems to be everywhere - fish or meat with rice, chips and this black bean sauce stuff. We knew the others wanted to go and hike to a waterfall we had been told about but because our lunch took so ...

Tom gets handed a twist top beer and tries to open it like a non twist top with the soy sauce bottle. He cracks the soy sauce bottle instead of the beer and soy covers Tom. The waiter was laughing and jumping up and down just like billy Madison was to the penguin. 1am. Myself and Toms lights are almost out. Steve is outside the door having his last dart of the night. ...

... too strong to swim in so i decided to take a walk along the entire beach which stretched for some 3 km blocked on either side like chess board castles by huge sea worn boulders.Black headed vultures took to the early morning thermals and lingered, swirling over head looking to dive bomb any unsuspecting sand crabs that may have left their little holes in the sand.I decided to do a bit of bathing, plunging myself into the cool Atlantic current.I had not bought a towel with me ...

... Nast as everyone kept reminding us. It was very nice but the truth is I think we are getting a bit beach weary now and our memories of Hawaii and Mexico set a very high standard that this didn't surpass. It was quite cool though to watch the local guys playing football on the beach. This country is absolutely obsessed with the sport - no wonder they've won the World Cup 5 times - they play at ...
