Had a reasonably cool, calm and collected start to the day. Alarm went off at 6am and we ignored it for a while because we are Spaldings and that's how we roll. We finally left the park about 4pm and then wander back through Downtown Disney shops, including 'The World of Disney' shop for the last time! I loved that shop, especially the soft toys! We then grabbed a bite to eat at Coco's. We then headed back to our resort to pick up our stored luggage and to wait for our shuttle transfer to LAX. ... tonnes of Lego sets as you would expect, some of them were absolutely massive. The store had it's own massive characters as decor, including full sized Hulk and a gigantic Genie, Jasmine and Aladdin on their flying carpet suspended from the ceiling - All built from Lego! Day 2.... Still struggling with time all up at 4-00 am L.A time. Dave an Ray went for a cup of tea while me an Kay chilled. Breakfast buffet was everything you could expect an more and we must say if you are thinking of going to L.A. this is a must stay. Both bedrooms have en-suites an 32" t.v.s an also the lounge, fully equipped kitchen, on the grounds there is a pool an gym.

... amazes me. For those of you who don’t know the Cars ride takes you inside a mountain (so we are back in the dark again) and takes you on a journey through Cars town. When you come out the other side and back into the light another car pulls up beside you and races around the hills and mountains of radiator Springs. It was just amazing. Certainly would have done that again if we didn’t have to wait another 50 minutes!!
