... were just terrible. I had horrible muscle cramping pain and shaking. We continued on to try to make it to the first stop but I got slower and slower. Finally Martinna arrived with the van and I was done after 14 miles. I shuttled to the first rest stop where I drank some 7up. We packed our bags to head south today and enjoyed a full buffet of breakfast food. Leaving the hotel on bikes we started a crazy descent with many switchbacks.
