... I love. We also used this time to steal some salt and pepper in a napkin, no shame. The chicken was absolutely amazing, hands down the best dish I've had since I've been here, and the potatoes complimented it amazingly and soaked up the herby sauce. The pie was delicious too, which we decided to dip in the sauce and make even better. We were too full to eat the third dish, which ...

... it was nice and quiet. That night we walked down to the Main Street for dinner by the beach. It was really busy but lots of locals and families so much more authentic Greek. ... shore we walked back up to the hostel for a quick shower before heading out for dinner. We went back to fun pub then to a few bars that night for another boogie. Us oldies decided 2am was our limit for tonight so we just checked out a few places. One place was called lost boys and it was a Peter Pan theme. Was a really good chilled atmosphere as opposed to a club so after a few drinks there we went to a club called Astra for a dance before heading back to the hostel for a much better ...

    Paros, home away from home

A travel blog entry by my.scuba.tank on Apr 15, 2014

... fact that the 50 cc Aprilla bike didn't have much power. Paros is indeed a beautiful island with villages in the traditional Cycladic style spread across its land along with its scenic countryside and landscape. But for me, Paros wouldn't have been this special without its people. It is a pleasure to know that the rapid growth of tourism did not change the hospitality of the local people and I hope it will stay this way. Thank you for making Paros feel like home, away from ...
