... designed to lynch your limbs one at a time. The mini barrel for instance.

The term "mini" could lure a person into thinking this was more of a preparatory drop, like when we say "mini vault" at gymnastics when referring to the soft, squishy blocks that can be assembled to varying heights for the 4 - 8 year olds. Or the mini roll, Cadbury's chocolate log because it's small and inoffensive. With the mini barrel however, it's clear that whoever named it thoughtfully ...

I can’t even remember who won the most games (although I’m sure that whoever it was they remember, haha) but I do remember that at some point along the line the kids (Lil and Spencer, not Mali even though she tried hard!!) were somehow granted a ‘credit point’ each round. I found this terribly unfair, I mean it wasn’t only the children who needed it, what about the poor, sad, ...

... take to the street and watch the fireworks being lit by my friends and the other celebrators of the new year. The ratio of successful firecrackers to unsuccessful seemed very low - particularly for the big fireworks which were supposed to shoot off and explode in the sky - maybe two out of our pack actually made it into the air, the rest fizzing and exploding on ground level. I was coerced into lighting my own fire cracker, and it exploded in a pretty shower ...
