    ... the raft on their heads and took it to the van. The van took us back to reception lodge where we had a hot shower! :D It was loveeelllyyyy! Once we were cleaned up, we headed off and had lunch at a restaurant. We ordered pizza, ate and then drove home. We stopped at autogrill halfway for a coffee stop and then went the whole way home.

    We were EXHAUSTED! We watched a soccer game on tv but almost dozed off. I went to bed but don't remember falling asleep ...

    ... second one held heaps of people. You will see by the photos how many were in there lol. When we reached the summit... Oh My Lord we cannot explain how beautiful if was. It was so peaceful and the day was so clear, clean and bright. It was like the sun rained down on us. Our Tour Director, Ananda, said that she had not seen such a beautiful day up at the Matterhorn before, that was expressed by the locals also. We maintain that it was us that helped to make it that way lol. ...

    This weekend's trip took us more than 10,000 feet in the air, up-close with the Matterhorn peak! I would certainly say, this was one of the more memorable meals I've ever eaten -Fondue at 10,000 feet! Cheers to high alpine peaks and Swiss cheese!     ... about as even though its summer down in Zermatt there is a all year ski field up that high. Had a gander through the glacier "palace" which we thought would be lame but was actually pretty good! We are now already talking of a ski trip somewhere it looks that good.
