We stayed two nights, making a braai the next evening on the smart braai place provided and left on Sunday morning for Detroit Lakes to be ready for a day of World Cup Soccer. ... on the shores of Lake Huron. We stayed there for three days, over the weekend. It is a huge camp ground with over a thousand sites, but only half used at any one time to give the other half time to recuperate from use. Our site about 80 meters from the shore had a view of the lake. Well it's about that time, all packed up and ready to fly out tomorrow! I somehow managed to pack everything into my pack and a carryon suitcase- just hoping I'm under the 50 pound limit and that I can lift my suitcase into the overhead compartment (that's my biggest fear).
