... It was amazing sitting in the dark looking at all the lights while everyone sleeps.

Today we went to Montpellier and did some shopping.

It was fun but my feet really really really hurt it was too hot and sticky. I wanted some comfy shoes or some with roller skates in them!!!

Mum scraped the car wing mirror while driving into the underground carpark but didn't do heaps of damage.

We had lunch at Georges Cafe, it was ok. I liked Mum's chocolate frappe and the Bonaffi Pie.

Before we leave, our lovely swiss neighbours, Pieter and Edit, bring us a bar of swiss chocolate for fortitude!, As we drive away with broken bike they wave goodbye with cries of Bon Courage and a thumbs up. Manage to find bike shop in the middle of old Montpellier. Thomas at the shop speaks no english so my technical french is stretched a bit but he seems to get the drift. ... wounds! After dinner that night with John, Estelle, and the boys at La Cremade in the Village, we walked to the main plaza where a Fete was taking place. It was amazing to see the immense stage that had been erected in such a small space. It housed 6 musicians and 5 dancers in front of a 50-foot high light show! The music was lively and contemporary.
