... br> With our supplies, we headed back to the hotel to relax and recover from a big day (and it wasn't even 4pm)!
A little later (well a bit more than a little) and we were looking out over Umbria watching a beautiful sun set over the hills! A perfect end to a brilliant day, well for me at least. Maybe not so much for Em, who spent the afternoon in bed with sore ear and a painful stomach presumably from the 'gluten free' flour we used made from 'de-glutenized wheat flour.' Hmmm...
... and am not supposed to get my ear wet so I was confined to wading out and dunking my shoulders under, but this was enough to cool me down. I was content to simply read.
