... winning! Then we took a short ten-mile bike ride out into the country side. Saw a sign for Whistler Mounds so we checked it out. The smallest Indian mounds we've ever seen. The weather was superb: just warm enough to swim, cool enough to be comfortable walking, boating and above all sleeping at night. The heat wave was ahead of us --- started hitting high 90's (F) the day we checked out of the cabin.
Pat brought over a trailer full of kayaks so we had six in all, and all the cousins could go out together exploring paddle power through the chain.
