... New Orleans Cooking School. The demonstration was lead by a very charismatic and knowledgeable chef who I thought brought the whole experience to life. Recipes we looked at included Gumbo and Pralines, two dishes made famous by the region and are well worth a try. Eat or cook! ... flashing lights, vibrating seats and snow that fell from the ceiling. It was entertaining, but I gained little from it. I checked out the Boeing exhibit and it was full of planes hanging from the ceiling including a B-17 Flying Fortress that had crashed and was salvaged and rebuild for the exhibit. ... br> The parade was crazy costumes and people.Walking along Bourbon St. was a eye opener any thing goes from open drinking on the streets to girls dancing in club front windows wearing very little!!! Lots of crazy costumes on the street everyone in a party mood.

Well skipping through two time changes going to bed early and getting up at 5am is easy.
