Congo park was used as a gathering place by slaves in their day off, and is considered the birthplace of the music of New Orleans, as is Louis Armstrong park. We quickly retrieved it and Andrew tipped the dude $20 at the end and explained its significance. He was grateful and thanked us for our service.
