      Yesterday we went in the car to Sagres. This is a promontory right at the end of the Algarve where the land turns north at the Atlantic. There wasn't much there, but a fort and lighthouse. We even seemed to miss the town. note way back we called in at Lagos ( Lagosh) we found a cafe on a hill overlooking the water. From there we could see where we were staying and with my new binoculars, we could even see Bill and Sues balcony!! We walked down the hill and dad spotted a team GB sailing ...

      We found out that Jordan and Zara still have their fear of boating and sea water.

      It was a beautiful, traumatic experience for them.

      And the big news is that Zara finally lost her first tooth. She was so excited and happy.

      Such a beautiful place, a perfect town to relax, hang out at the gorgeous beaches and take in a few local meals at the restaurants.

      ... all cobbled, shiny ones like in Madeira. There were lots of alley ways and twisty turns very narrow streets.not much in the way of shops, we soon made our way back down to the main square, then back to the car.
