... A seaside mecca for the Australian backpackers if you will. So much soon, Lagos has been nicknamed a 'mini Australia' amongst locals. If ever in doubt though, just skim the floor and observe footwear. The abundance of Haviana's are the/a dead giveaway.

The beaches are undoubtedly one of the biggest draw cards for tourists and locals alike in Lagos. Beyond the main beach, every turn in the cliff provided a ...

... the top of the staircase down to the beach and proceeded to clamber down the 300 steep wooden steps to the bottom. What a gorgeous spot and the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. ... Henry was not impressed because it was my idea to check out Lagos. But the place in it's entirety was pretty special. The little town was so neat and trying to drive through the narrow alleyways was an experience in itself. We ate at a small local restaurant owned by Scottish Billy who was the coolest chef/waiter around ...

... your bed is in a dorm with 10 others, there's a faint stench of stale alcohol and dirty washing and to top it off snorey McGee who had a 'big one' is still fast asleep. So off to the beach it is. This time we headed around the coast a bit and found a very nice shadey cutout/cave. So we curled up in a ball, on the beach, in a cave. It was lovely. The next day we ventured out dosed up on goodness knows what! But we went for a walk along the coast, we jumped ...
