    ... were actually there. Scaremongering. We took a quick dip and it was lovely but the sun seriously hot by now- as there wasn't much shade and we were running low on water (schoolboy error!) we headed back and checked out our chalet. It was quite nice and had the all important balcony/decking area to enjoy a drink and round of cards on later.

    Over the next few days we spent our time running in the gym in the morning, lying in the pool, lying on the beach or in one of the half inside/half outside retreats. Turns out that while the grounds of the hotel were more naturalistic and jungle-like than The Danna, they more than compensated for it with the friendly and personable service.
