... this road for over 100miles. Other than the railway there was simply nothing much to see at all the whole length of the journey. Now and again the road ran though some small hills which made a good change from the long straights.

Apart from stopping at the toll roads to pay we never stopped much at all today, A cup of coffee at one shop and coke and ice cream at another was about all we had on this 400 mile journey.

... this beautiful country in a few hours, depending on lines at customs. Darn, wish we could stay another 6 weeks. Looking forward to seeing
our friends and family. We hope to be home Monday evening.

Thanks for joining us on our adventure. It's been great having the company. We will try to post again going through the US, but without the 3G stick it may be harder to do. If we're awake we have to drive.

... as the dog pobre perro flies toenails through our laps at high velocity.

We stayed at a What would have been a million dollar house in the U.S. with our couch host Ivan.
We got our own beds and stayed in the guest house, it had a huge huge huge courtyard with pool and hot tub and a pecan tree!
and we spent the night going from house party to house party to taco truck.

After a few gamey days in the sun, we decided to get some well deserved rest at a decent cheap hotel in Hermosillo. Itīs a slick town of about 500,000 with a Office Depot. Hell yeah we went there. That was the only place in town that had a good driving map of Mexico.
