And yes I forgot to add, the best part is actually free visit to all the museums. For two days visitors can visit all the museums free of cost in Balboa park. Now isn't it icing on the cake.

From there we drove to the Gaslamp Quarter. We had pizza and watched football in a tiny corner shop for Thanksgiving dinner, then went to the Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop. Logan had a regular ice cream sundae and I had a peanut butter and dark chocolate sundae. A good food day and a lot to be thankful for.

... Mexico and Tijuana is right in front of you. When I got over the border there were little girls selling jewelry they only look like 2 or 3 years old. I told them I had no money and continue walking on! I spent about 4 hours in the City of Tijuana look at all there arts and crafts and even trying a Tequila Sunrise!!
