Druze Village: We stopped at a Druze Village for lunch with choices of Falafel or Chicken Schnitzel on Pita Bread with a room full of fixings for the sandwiches. The Druze are a mysterious sect who split from Islam 1,000 years ago. They have no political ambitions and live as Israeli citizens.
