    ... cabins, we set sail heading for Plymouth. We had a much calmer crossing thankfully so it was nice to be out on deck and watch the world go bye.

    The final leg of our travels involved a great stop over in Portishead to meet up with family before the long drive north back to Edinburgh.

    We have the Edinburgh Festival to look forward to but then we must get back to work!

    After two months in Spain our trip is nearly over. Last stop is the coastal town of Suances just west of Santander.

    With a couple of nice beaches, a picturesque medieval old village, and a prehistoric cave painting site close by we have plenty to keep us busy. But first its the beach.

    We left San Sebastian today and travelled by the coastal road. We stopped at the town of Getaria which sits on a small peninsula jutting out from the coastline into the Bay of Biscay.
