We found a lovely hostel in a small town a bit away from Santander, and spent today exploring it. There are some cool beaches and today we found an abandoned granary complex or something. I must say though, that the rest of us really weren't that upset for having to spend the whole day at the beach ;) We laid in the sun, went swimming, ate bocadillos and ice cream in the sand, it was a really nice and relaxing day. Ryan eventually wandered down ...

... were starving. We practically bought out her whole stand. So many groups of pilgrims walked by, did double and triple takes, thinking about stopping for their own treat, but didn't.

Someone should have recorded us before and after our coffee stops. The day only got better from here. We really just took our time today. We just kept walking past more picture ...
