An uncertain start to the day with the refuge on my planed route booked out. Instead I went the longer flatter way starting from Goritsia. To get there I had to hitch hike from Litochoro for the first time ever by myself. I got picked up in under 10mins by a lovely elderly czech couple also going hiking.
