After some quality time hanging out and catching up with the soon to be newlyweds, soon to be going to bed at 9pm so they can go to the sale at Macys at 8am to get a new bedspread couple, It was time to go, and visit another buddy of mine on the west coast of Florida who also just got engaged. They must have been putting something in the water, I swear!

I've traveled a lot these last few years and there is a few things I've noticed about our nations airports:
1.Security is tighter
2.Delays are longer
3.Parking has gotten cheaper and more convient
I suggest that anyone who plans to travel book there parking reservations through these guys

Dave was up the earliest I've seen him - 6AM - today is our leaving Green Turtle Cay day and he's obviously anxious to leave. Carroll doesn't come in until 7:30 AM so that gives Dave his 90 minute start-up time he requires each morning.

A more casual day today. Set off from Cocoa Beach and drove down the A1A (ie not the fast interstate road) adjacent to the coast. The journey is along a series of islands connected by bridges and very picturesque. Stopped off at Sebastian Inlet (a state park). Plenty of pelicans, herons, stone terns and other birds. A few people surfing and many others fishing. Weather has been gloriously hot - well into the 80s.
