    Yesterday, (Thursday), I spent the morning working and repacking my bags for the trip home. Boniface called mid-morning but the call quality was very poor, I couldn't understand well. The gist of it was that no one else would be able to come to the hotel during this visit. There were demonstrations going on in various places around the city and people preferred to stay close to home. Abruptly the call was cut off.

    ... we went to different lines: me to Delta, the Walkers and Tom to British Airways. We all were able to use the express check-in lanes, then said goodbye and safe travels, and headed our separate ways. My flight left an hour before theirs and Delta uses a different frequent flyer lounge than BA.
