... and socks before i get there and I'm knackered. But I was shopping down on the Victoria and Albert Docks which is a rather interesting place to be doing it.

Tomorrow I'm going down the cape perninsular to see the Penguins if the weather holds out, then in the evening I'm meeting my tour group for the big overland adventure!

I have just returned from a few days in the Cederburg Mountains which is a wilderness area 240 kilometres North of Cape Town on the way to Namibia. It is an area I have always wanted to visit as it is renowned for the rock art left by the San people.
