Well, Patty has some more elephant photos she can't resist showing you and a cute video of Am, our favorite, because she was just so cute and the youngest there at 5 years old. She was full of antics and to see her run and then roll in the dirt was such fun. Sunday was another lovely sunny day. We had a long drive to the Chinese village, high in the mountains; the further north we got the more beautiful the scenery became - gorgeous lush green mountains and valleys on either side of us, the views really were breathtaking! ... in the area... Slightly shocked when we took a bite.. Turns out the chef mistook the recipe for the pizza base sauce.. She put 10spoons of chilli in instead of one. My god it was spicey! My eyes,and nose were streaming, I was sweating, drinking water, eating lime between each bite (supposed to kill the fire) but I was so hungry as didn't hav any lunch I had to eat it!! ... But not without an extensive tea tasting at one of the shops. They are drying tea in a small oven in the shop and this smells so nice! After we've tasted every tea they have (it's a real tea ceremony) we choose the 2 we like best.
