    ... no swimming for us today. Josh, Bailey and I went for a long walk along the beach and it was a great opportunity to get some sun with the weather a gorgeous 24 degrees.

    Pismo is a quiet place and has a very relaxed feel about it, even the Outlet Shopping district we visited was laid back which allowed us all to wander around at our own pace with the boys exploring a variety of shops without us looking over their shoulders. ...

    After camp set up, we return to the little waterfront area and wander in shops in the sunshine. We meander down to an obviously popular fish stand and wait in the long line. We eat our seafood lunch sitting in the sun in sight of the big rock.

    Better news came tonight as we swung off highway 1 to find our hotel 20 yards from the turn-off. Better still the local fish restaurant was serving lots of cheap specials and bottles of wine at half-price. We have over-indulged at a a ridiculously low price. And folks we really don’t care!
