    Today had a bit of drizzle early on so of course when that happens - its do some washing. This of course also gave the time to buy the french necessaries- croissants, baguette, brie and ham.     ... du Mente, the latter being a killer in the direct sun. Dave decided to take his time on this leaving Paul, Terry and I to ascend at faster pace. One must understand that the pace is really defined partly by getting into your zone and partly by needing to go fast enough that you don’t fall off your bike. I exaggerate - but only a little!
