    ... public, not revealing much but showing replicas of some of the findings like mammouth skeletons and bear caves ,where these animals took refuge during the Ice Age before their eventual extinction. I would love to see the stuff they didn't show us!

    ... the lady in the ticket office asked me what time I wanted to come and we agreed 9.30am. Then she asked me to write my name on a scrap of paper then gave me what I thought was a ticket in return.     Today was our Tour Leaders birthday - 28 - and she celebrated by taking Sue and I, and one of the other girls in our group, Kristin, on a hike through the Pyranees. We set off up a very steep track leading up from the Luchon Cemetary and for the next one hour and a half it was straight up. It was a very hot day and it wasn't long before our clothes were saturated with perspiration and our water bottles were fast approaching empty.
