      ... busy now, a large group of Scouts were running around having fun. We parked up and soon a group of young men arrived to offer us chicken cooked on the fire that we had seen earlier this morning. We thanked them and asked about their scouts. They told us they were a Muslim group from Bursa. We told them we had been scout leaders and gave them a leaflet about Gradbach and a scout badge from the anniversary camp.       ... our fantastic butcher of Kalkan also put words into our mouths with a daily lesson in Turkish - now that’s going the extra mile and indeed, our butcher was an exemplar of a happy engaged worker who was just so jolly and friendly.
