... the past week or so and whose last day it was. When we got to the road into town, one of the hiker's dad drove up about two minutes later and offered to drive us the three miles into town. We got dropped off at DQ almost as if by magic and enjoyed getting Blizzards. ... spot that was well known and highly recommended. The wait was just too long so we went back to the biscuit place. But before we left town, we visited a gear store because I learned my lesson on not having approach shoes...So I got some for the hike to the crag. When we got there we started down that very memorable approach to the crag that I spoke of in a previous entry. Through the rhododendron forest and down the ladder we went. We set up to lead a couple ...
