701 Lagoon Drive Boulder, Colorado, United States, 80303, 303-284-3782
... to visit Drew for the night. However, we got word that a storm front was moving over Salt Lake where we're set to head after Steamboat. Some brilliant friends, knowledgeable of mountain driving between Boulder and Salt Lake, suggested we camp out in Boulder instead of risk getting stuck somewhere along the route if the road was shut down. So far I have absolutely no complaints about our new plan!! Day 5 I did some minor exploring of Boulder and watched some netflix ...

Frisco, Colorado, United States copper_mountain... herbs from all over the world. Then we walked thru the factory, saw the massive pallets of fresh and ground herbs, saw how the tea is bagged (teabag haha!), packaged, etc. I was surprised at how small the whole operation is, for the amount of business they do - they sell to dozens of different countries, something insane like 10 billion bags a year. We went into the "Mint Room" which is where they store all of the fresh peppermint and ...
Boulder, Colorado, United States kimmytravels... ghostly after labor day weekend. Nic and I would like to throw a huge THANK YOU! out to Trish and Moe who have lent us their condo for a few days. We are very much enjoying it. It's a bit more roomier than the van, and has ESPN which has made Nic a very happy man.

We don't want to get used to being indoors, so we're pretty sure that we are going to leave this life of ...
Copper Mountain, Colorado, United States nicandjessica... is about 10 minutes from Aunt B’s house. It was pretty creepy driving up to it…I remember seeing footage of it on TV on the day that all that madness went down, and seeing it in person was a little eerie. I peeked in the windows of the library and got the chills. So sad…I can’t believe it happened 10 YEARS ago! I can’t believe its been that long already, I was a freshman in high school! Anyways, we went next door to this HUGE ...
Mt. Evans, Colorado, United States kimmytravels... decided to get up at 6am and hike the 13ers, yes coffee and TV that didn’t have infomercials was just what I thought a holiday weekend was all about. So we drive to the trail head and start the ascent via Mosquito Pass road, let me back up to the point where we parked at the bottom of the road, now as we climb up this road for the better part of at least 800 ft vertical raise and maybe a mile of road several SUVs pass us driving up to the roads end "WTF", after ...
Fairplay, Colorado, United States erik2454... at the crack of dawn, we went to a little coffee place to charge our electronic **** and catch up on emails, facebook, etc. We looked at some cool trails close by and decided to try the flatiron trails just a few miles away. They turned out to be amazing! I wish the pictures did them more justice. They are so much bigger than they seem in the pictures, but oh well. Once finishing the hike, we grabbed some lunch on "the hill" at a pizza joint and started our drive to Denver...
Boulder, Colorado, United States ryan.r.smith.87... me less. So, I spent my time in Austin crashing on the semi-hygenic couches of the student co-ops there, joining the parkour [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XVQNt64 PxfE] club flipping and rolling across university and elementary school campuses, watching the campaign speeches of pothead ex-DEA officers running for Texas Attorney General (http://www.electbarrycooper.com/about. htm), and finding myself one of the scariest rides I have ever gotten on my way to New ...
Boulder, Colorado, United States leinadw... beer before heading home to meet Susan. Back at Todd's we just sat around talking and catching up, looking at pictures and telling stories. It was fun to see and catch up with them and nice to be at someone's home instead of in the RV for a while. :) We slept in the RV in a church parking lot a 1/2 block from Todds. Tomorrow - more Boulder!
