Stern talking to Tom, total lack in confidence... I had memorized the map of our escape route from the city just in case he tried any funny business...
Tom seemed to have got over the canyoning problems and once on the expressway performed without a hitch..
I even began to breathe normally and we were still on talking terms.. all was well..

Traffic was fairly light so the trip was pretty quick. I think the tab was going to be 160 MP but I gave him 200 MP. I was dropped off opposite the Air Canada check-in desk at Gate F1. It was going really slowly, especially with non-Canuck passports.
Oh joy! The flight from Toronto had to return due to mechanical conditions. 1340 departure is now tentatively 1645. I checked ...

Uncle John told mom she needed to start drinking the tea, so she did - and within a few months, she didn't need any of her medications for her Crohn's anymore! With all my gut issues, I've started drinking the tea too (not as often as I should though) - and it really is magic! Usually dairy, gluten, etc really bothers me - but if I drink the tea before consuming any of that stuff I'm mostly ok. It's really amazing!

... transfer desk. It seemed we were interrupting their collective break. The change of plane and delayed IST to LHR boarding pass worked to our advantage as we were placed in Comfort seats, a level between economy and business that certainly felt more like the latter; whee!
In the terminal Dave got some fags for his dad. Dave had us at a wrong gate and I had us on a flight to Gatwick. All eventually sorted for leg #2.
