LONG Flight.... So far from home!

... And so young! Our lodge for the night was just outside of Pretoria /Johannesburg-10 million people! Franze was the owner -clearly a hunter- lots of mounts in the lodge! Relaxed and had a typical South African dinner - Baboti ( to us it was like spiced ground beef/ meat loaf) mashed potatoes and rice w gravy; wonderful pizza bread and not so wonderful "bananas w/ mayonnaise and sweetened condensed ...

... miss with all my heart. True, I will be back, but I don't want to leave them in the first place. I wish I could just take them with me or not leave in the first place, but they said they will be here when I get back so I'll be looking for them :)

... and then visited awhile. I attended Ripon College for the first 2 years of college, and now my brother teaches marketing there! Small world.
