... to the girl that I had a three year old who would need to be close to the playground as he has been in the car for almost 12 hours. She was kind enough to accommodate and put us right beside it. ... Wolf Lodge for families.

As I finish this blog for I want to say that Jim and I are able to keep up with news online as well as TV and we were shocked with the events last week in Charleston. I want to say that we are proud of South Carolina in the way the citizens of Charleston and the rest of the state have handled such a horrible event. S.C showed the USA and the world that we don't have to resort to riots and poor behavior to handle terrible events.


Day 2 Osseo to Effingham

... in Effingham, IL to stay for the night but with temps in the mid 80's we found a campground just outside of Effingham....Camp Lakewood Campground....31.00 cash.....and stayed there so we could have electricity for AC. Had canned beef, pre-made mashed potatoes, peas & carrots for supper with red wine. DELICIOUS!!!
