      ... gulp!) for diesel fuel, with Ontario being the least expensive. On the bright side, we didn't have to search around for the least expensive gas. We were very happy, though, when we arrived at the border town of Calais, Maine and diesel fuel was $3.79 a gallon!

      Overall, prices are higher in Canada. Canadian HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is 13% in Ontario and in the Atlantic provinces.

      ... plant in 1938 and started producing Beefaroni and other Boyardee products. It is still in operation today. We also enjoyed eating at the Fence Drive-In restaurant twice, very good fish sandwiches and fried chicken!!

      Tomorrow we move about 70 miles down the road to the capital of Pennyslvania, Harrisburg. We will be staying thru Labor Day. We hope to to visit Gettysburg, Hershey and Lancaster.
