      ... without leaving the country! Since we had a big breakfast, we didn't taste any food at the markets, but given the day was super hot, I bought some homemade freshly squeezed lemonade :) just like the movies, a lemonade stall. I regret buying a small cup, because it was so refreshing and much needed on a warm day. Hubby bought a banana smoothie from a juice stall.       ... and King Sound. I had a seat up front with the pilot. We landed on the calm waters of Talbot Bay where we boarded a 900 horsepower Jet-Stream, the fastest boat in the Kimberley. We had an exhilarating ride through the falls a few times. It was an out-flowing tide. After our ride we then were served a cooked breakfast on a houseboat. There were 3 houseboats moored together to cater for the day trippers. The staff live on these for the season. ...

      Difficult to write about these last moments in Broome.. The closer we were getting to the end, the more we thought we are leaving a lot behind us. Broome is a beautiful town that we found more and more beautiful as we got to know it.
