... lots of photos. The architecture is stunning. The shops here are fab, if we weren't travelling light there's plenty to buy. Loads of leather shops as most of Italy's leather is made in Florence. Time for an ice-cream......23 euros for 3 ice-creams!!!!!!! What a rip off, not amused! Next we jump on the tour bus and head up to the hills and get the most amazing view over Florence, it was too late to get off the bus so we decide to go back tomorrow ...

... Works by guys I had heard of like Warhol, Dali, Picasso and Pollock adorned the walls of Peggy's palazzo. There was even an olive tree that was a present from Yoko Ono! Close by is the Chiesa di Santa Maria della Salute a grand 17th century church housing more art work by the Venetian masters. The past two days in Venice have been the best!! The city is absolutely amazing and I'm sure of it that there is no other place like it in the world.
