After a quick final yoghurt fruit and honey for breakky, we headed to Parikia to board a fast ferry to Rafina (mainland Greece).

He didn't seem to mind them too much and told us that hiring one was the best way to see the island. He seemed really excited about us visiting and said we would have the best time, so high standards were set straight away. He dropped us on the very steep driveway of our hotel and we were soon checked into our little room. Everything was ...

... with a glass of wine and watching the world go by. Mykonos is renowned for it's windmills but we had no desire to go hunting for them. Some people had hired quad bikes but knowing our luck, we'd fall off. Other than the white washed houses and windmills, Mykonos has a reputation as a party town. Apparently there are some beaches that have activities that are far from family friendly so you need to be careful.
