    Day 22 - Friday, 26th September, 2014

We had decided on Thursday night that we were going to have a lazy day today. The hotel was arguably the best we had stayed at and it was cheap. So we booked in for another night.

We got up to the best inclusive breakfast of the trip so far, some of it being English style although there were no beans and after this went for ...

We left Perpignan and started riding due west into the Pyrenees Mountains. Our destination was Andorra.

Today is Wed and the park was packed. ...

... in tomato sauce and ginger cabbage. A great variety today. After the classes finished we had some free time, so one of the participants, Eva, and I went for a walk around the village. We found a lot of wonderful buildings and old houses, narrow windy roads with houses right on the street. We then found our way back to the back of the castle. There have been a large number of houses/apartments made from the old castle. I will include some photos ...

... chimes out the hour. At 12 noon and 7 pm it plays a melody. So it would be easy for the villagers to keep track of the time by the clock and bell tower. This gives a lovely feel to the place. The village has many organic farms plus orchards. They have farmers markets to sell their produce each week. I think we have all had withdrawals from the baguettes we were having each day in ...
