August 3rdMade an early start from the Ile de Glenans 8.15am as the seas were flat and little wind unfortunately not enough wind to sail so motoring again not what we enjoy but we need to move south as quickly as possible. Breakfast on the move, toast with homemade bread, jam and marmalade and a cuppa sun out lovely start to the day. David put the line over to see if he could catch our tea...... Jonathan had Penne Arabica, with spicy sauce and chorizo, and chocolate mousse. All delicious and washed down with half a carafe of Merlot. At 2pm it was amazing to see crowds of suited men and well dressed women suddenly swarm through the town and return to work and the cafe ...

Having enjoyed a few days chilling at anchor it was time to go explore a major town. We left the anchorage and headed for Vannes where we wanted to go through the HW swinging bridge. The passage through the islands is idyllic.

We got there just as the ...
