Today we got up early, had breakfast at Isabel's house and were in Barão de Cocais for a workshop by 9am... a great bunch of teachers and we had a fun with them.

Tod gave a really nice talk, and we ended with a few activities.

    The drive back was spectacular.

There was also once a prestigious boarding school there attended by several Brazilian presidents in their youth, but it has been closed ...

I don't know what time we started playing, but it was before 4:30 and the game is still being played (we've played many games with everyone rotating in and out).

... car because we saw an oldskool Fiat Panda being pushed up a hill by a bus, (unsuccessfully). Parking is a nightmare as the otherwise idyllic cobbled streets are flooded with a seething mass of tourists and students who study at the nearby uni.

First things first and we need to eat. Kika loves eating, (although she's not fat) and barely a couple of hours passes without mention of where we could stuff our faces next. I like this. She remembered a place ...
