... ready to be poured and that will be done on Tuesday. We are happy with our progress and thankful that we have been able to work at a slower pace the last few days.

I tried to take a few pictures for the blog last night, but I could not upload them from my camera this morning. Well, it worked just now. I am also adding some pictures from July 1 to show the progress. God is good!

Despite this, we have taken some time to see the surrounding community the past few nights. On Sunday, we were treated to dinner at Rosanna's (our cook) house. ...

... one of the youth that came to Virginia about 3 years ago showed up too. She is now 15 and a beautiful young lady. I recognized her right away and she remembered me. She has really grown up in 3 years.

We are truly blessed to build these relationships. To feel so welcomed and at home is wonderful. The folks here work so hard to feed us (fabulous food) and also work along beside us. It is truly a partnership.

We look forward to the next two weeks.
