    ... to get ready for dinner! That night we were going to watch a Flamenco performance and have a sit down dinner. I have to say this performance was the most amazing part of the whole trip, I loved every second of it!     ... went traipsing the natural path, my favourite type of tracks on this walk. We made it to a shady rest area for pilgrims and decided to take off our shoes and lay down for a while, mind you we only had 4 kms to reach our hotel but after 26 kms we needed another rest.     ... the doors get closed just after 10pm. Obviously it is not the pilgrim way to be out until all hours.

    We saw a few people along the trail we have not seen for a week or so. One couple recognised us, he put his foot into leaves up in the Pyrenees and sank down to half way up his shins. He bellowed with laughter at the time, although his foot probably nearly froze.

    ... always is seen in Spanish movies....a landmark (maybe like the big banana or the big pineapple?!) It was very hot by the time we arrived here. We entered through a rather drab industrial part of town, but following the Camino emerged into a very pleasant part near the river, and all the good bits - and this is where our hotel is - again really nice.
