... Mountain Goat.......they had my Darn Tough hiking socks 1/4 height medium cushion! So it was kinda like Christmas for me today. After a quick bite of General So Chicken, we tried to hitch a ride to the trail head........who stops to pick us up......the lady who told us to give her double thumbs up if we needed a ride :) ..... talk about an interesting ride back. On Monday, my muscle aches subsided and I had more energy. I am optimistic that after future chemos, I can plan to lay low on days 3 through 6, knowing that both my blood counts and my energy level will rise after just a short period of discomfort.
