... traveled and the people are not jaded.

Karen went in the very cold water when we arrived at Talamone then, after a picnic lunch prepared by our guides, we rod back to La Parrina on mostly flat roads with a tailwind mostly. It was nice to gather some speed on the long straight stretches.

Tonight, we have a cooking class where will learn to make Cantucci, a Tuscan cookie.

Chris found this place while tour planning via Google the night before. Point of difference to your other Tuscan medieval towns; Etruscan and Roman ruins! So off we went! What a stroke of luck! As well as being one of the best places we have been, Easter Monday was the best day to be there.
