      ... s, crazy parking (we never parked on a corner or double parked so we are clearly not locals!) snowy mountain roads and everything in between. I must admit, I was relieved to sign it back in. We have checked in at an Airport hotel tonight to save us having to drive through the "traffico intenso" tomorrow morning. It is almost goodbye Italy, for now ...

      ... was spectacular and depressing. Leaving my dreams of Prada, Chanel, and every other high street brand you can ever think of, behind.
      Lunch was fabito! We had pizza in a little pizzeria that played songs of Woody Allen films, what a classic! Ellen also told me to try a very thick hot chocolate, which basically turned out to be chocolate soup. Still delicious.
      Then was the time to get very very lost. With both of us not having explored Milano before this was exciting ...

      ... br> Everywhere you look is beautiful. You literally have to stop and take a breath. When its sunny its just ridiculous, everything lights up.
      It's also very cold because I'm surrounded by snowy mountains, which makes a good photo.
      I've learnt today that i cannot make coffee using an italian coffee machine. those things are difficult to understand.

      We arrived in this beautiful city at dusk so we weren't able to get the most out of it. Stayed there only for one hour and we spent that time in Parco Civico capturing the flickering lights of the city surrounded by mountains. The view from the shores of Lake Lugano was fascinating. It's truly a must-visit city and I'd love to go back and see it in broad daylight. ...

      ... more powdery? I found that out the hard way when I fell and the snow crumpled underneath me. There were not many people at the ski field as it was not a holiday. The skilifts were not working but in the afternoon the travelater started working. I was glad because I didn't have to walk up the hill sideways all the time.
