... a raised bed of volcanic, or very porous rocks which act
as the bedding for baby plants (in this case chard and kale) this rocky base is
fed water from a system which carries the water using a gravity based pressure
system (don’t ask me how it works) but the magic in this all is that the water
comes from a large clay pot where fish live. The fish poo in the water and this
acts as a natural fertiliser, the plants then return the favour as the water
cycles back ...

... on. I am Yellow, the Monday Buddha. After lingering at the peak, I headed down a different trail. I followed it for a mile and a half, but decided it may be the wrong trail and headed back. I worked my way back to the campground on yet another trail. This land was so beautiful and I saw a lot of it. I walked 16K and felt great. I had the campground to myself and had my dinner in solitude. I took a cold shower listening to the various bird songs around me. It got dark ...
