... put out the fire in my mouth . I think she was berating them for serving me something that hot. I missed the fact that there was a whole bunch of tiny really hot peppers literally sprinkled over the fish. My mouth was on fire for at least 15 minutes and Nok, our guide got me to eat sugar - a remedy for spicy food. It worked a bit and I braved another fish that was served without the topping. I'll be more careful in the future.
