... lots of great photo ops and some interaction with the locals. I definitely wanted to hit the sightseeing tower today, which lies just south of the park. In 2006 Dalian was named China's most livable city and I can see why. With a long history of foreign control including British, Russian and Japanese-- China regaining control in 1950.
