... till 2pm today, and will start my lesson planning for next week. I have a sales demo class for Small Stars, 3 & 4 year olds at 3pm for an hour, where we will be making chocolate crackle cakes, so not too hard a day ahead.

To complete all that busy-ness we have a welcome dinner for another new teacher tonight followed by a pub quiz, so that should be a bit of fun.

I was looking for a special Chinese fruit called 'Haw berry' to try, and was asking another fruit lady about it (with sign language and my chinese-english dictionary). Devil-woman rushed over and ended up helping me. And now we are best buddies! I give her a smile and thank her when she weighs my fruit and she chatters away to me ...

Ni hao!!! Well! I have a collection of little stories that have popped up over the past few weeks since I last wrote! Here they are..... HOW TO CAUSE A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT So....there I was.....on the side of the road, minding my own business. I was trying to ignore the staring that I get whenever I walk down the street (I have never before desired anonymity more than during these last few weeks).
