Our group (around thirty in number), sat around on beach mats drinking alcohol buckets to Tom Jones playing in the background. After dinner there was entertainment in the form of more drinking. I was so upset with myself because I forgot to charge my GoPro so sadly did not get any of the footage. Hopefully ...

... cycled through all the little villages waving and smiling to all the locals they love it and all shout greetings to you. We managed to get to the parliament building which really is quite exquisite as you will see from the photos and after I had added a few special effects curtesy of my new phone the place looked truly magical. En route we stopped at a little cake shop and I got chatting to all the girls and even got to guessing the sex of one of the ...

... at least three sit outside the shops opposite, in the main unfazed by the traffic and hooting horns. We also look over the roofs of the shops though, and beyond is the river with longtail boats shuttling people up and downstream, with the limestone karsts that are the trademark of this region, slightly further upstream. In the afternoon the balcony is out of the direct sun and it's quite nice to just sit out and watch all the goings on along the street ...
