... isn't really, it's just closely guarded and regulated due to the expensive resort hotel clientele who frequent it. It was as stunning as we'd been led to believe. In fact, it was hard to fault. It had the lot- warm azure sea, clean white powder sand, shade from trees that line the beach, incredible views to the hills opposite and not too many people to get in our way.

We were kind of beached-out by now so the next day we opted to check out Langkawi's number one ...

A little summary of our time on Koh Phi Phi We stayed our first night in a hostel right next to the bars. The island is so cute there are no roads you walk everywhere and it can be a little like a maze. After an early night we headed to another hostel based right on the beach. Throughout the day we had five different stops and it was time to get the go pro out, I have definitely learnt I am not the ...

... we had our passport back and we were gone! Scott was annoyed I didn't mention the tyre but the bike had already cost us enough, there was no way I was getting charged for something else! We swiftly moved fast to the pier where we were getting a long tail boat to Railay Bay, it was 300 each return so not too bad. We left about 11am and he waited there for im us until 5pm. The ride over was a little choppy but we were sat under the tarpaulin and had three ...

Today is the day I was probably looking forward to the most. Like I said earlier, when I saw the movie "The Beach" I knew I wanted to come to this country. Last night we booked a tour, at one of the hundred tour stands, to go to the Phi Phi islands. This is where the movie was filmed, and why I was so excited. The whole day tour was about $40, which actually seemed pretty reasonable for everything we got to see. The tour company ...
