    This place is ideally situated so that you can actually see both sides of the island if standing at the right spot. Place was great.

    ... do in Ao Nang other than it was close to Railay Beach which was supposed to be beautiful so we decided to stay here for a day or two before our long trip up north to Chiang Mai. As we hopped into our mini bus ready to transfer us from Krabi to Ao Nang we got talking to two American girls called Sierra and Megan. They didn't have anywhere to stay either so we figured we would just find somewhere together once we got dropped off in the centre of town.

    ... the way. We got our stuff ready and being as hot as we were, we got straight into the water which didn't seem to ever want to get deep. And when I started walking further out, it got shallower! Was crazy! Then we got out to chill on the sand and read our dive books. Jay stayed in the shade whilst I sat in the sun.
