... groups or people trying to swindle us for cash, which we liked. We embarked on a decent, free walking tour the next morning and got taken to see a few key temples and historical areas and to see some of the amazing graffiti the like of which we've not seen since Valparaiso, way back in Chile. A walk through the clan jetties followed- these long, thin, wooden neighbourhoods jut out from the main coastal road and still house the communities of people who founded them. ...

... around Patong picking up other passengers for the journey. An hour later and we arrived at the marina along with hundreds of other tourists. Kids took it in turns to administer Aloe Vera and Moisteriser and I went for a work out in the gym. Sinead built up courage and we headed to the Reggae bar and layed out in the bamboo cabin and sank mai tais and mojitos and snacked on tapas.  The kids were entertained with a fire show and then off to bed.  Absolutely knackered but an amazing ...

... peas here are weird with a really strong taste, and I do not enjoy them.

After breakfast we decided to rent a kayak. We were able to rent a 2 person one for around $9 for 2 hours. The guy running the place was extremely laid back and said if we got out there and wanted to keep it longer we could. They gave us a water proof bag for our backpacks, and no restrictions on where we couldn't go. Now honestly I've done a lot ...
